Apple introduced the App Store in March, and App Store will be the only official way to get thirdparty apps for you iPhone. We all expect Steve Jobs to reveal the next generation iPhone at WWDC 2008 on Monday, but when will the App Store open it's door?

Here is the latest rumor from someone who "has been working on a native iPhone application":

"the company is getting ready to launch that application on Monday, which could also imply that Apple's App Store will be up and running that day."

So we could now expect at least three wonderful things to show up next Monday: iPhone2 or 3G iPhone, App Store and firmware 2.0 for iPhone and iPod Touch.
